Position and Responsibilities

• Deliver the course "Intellectual Property Law" in the distance learning program during the 2026-II academic term.
• Comply with a part-time work schedule.
• Develop and prepare syllabi and educational materials for each learning session, including designing and grading assessments.
• Ensure effective teaching-learning processes that enable students to achieve defined academic goals.
• Execute academic activities assigned by immediate supervisors and fulfill other responsibilities typical for a university instructor.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Law degree or Bachelor’s degree along with registered legal credentials in SUNEDU.
• Master’s degree also registered with SUNEDU.
• At least three years of professional experience in the relevant specialty.
• Preferably possess teaching experience.
• Specialization in Intellectual Property Law.
• Availability to work remotely on an hourly basis.
