About The Role

This position seeks candidates for permanent part-time work, committing to a minimum of 16 hours weekly. As a Cast Member, you will engage guests through enchanting interactions within the Store, sharing compelling stories and providing high-quality, innovative products tailored to their needs. Delivering exceptional guest service that exceeds expectations is central, focusing on creating unique and unforgettable experiences. Maintaining brand standards and personal grooming guidelines is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively uphold and promote Disney brand standards in the store environment.
• Keep the Store neat and well-organized, both front and backstage, ensuring products are accurately displayed and readily restocked.
• Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, maintaining an outstanding store presentation.
• Ensure new products are front-facing and accessible to customers.
• Assist with inventory deliveries and restocking, following company protocols.
• Participate in markdowns, events setup, and stage arrangements.
• Achieve financial goals and productivity targets through effective guest service behaviors.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Welcome guests warmly with eye contact and a smile, guiding them smoothly through the sales process.
• Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash and card payments while adhering to company procedures to protect assets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A passion for engaging with guests of all ages.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize guest needs and tasks.
• Previous retail or customer service sales experience is desirable; training provided.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and days according to availability.
• Capability to support store events, whether scripted or informal.
• Understanding of store sales targets and daily goals, including upselling and increasing basket size.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness both on and off the sales floor.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
