Park Services Assistant (Siting)

About the Role

Located at Tattershall Lakes Country Park in Lincolnshire, we are seeking a dedicated full-time Park Services Assistant specializing in caravan and holiday home siting. This permanent role involves working 40 hours per week with an annual salary of A326,507.98. The position demands an approachable attitude, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to completing tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within the caravan siting team under the Maintenance Managers guidance, ensuring timely movement and placement of caravans.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all empty caravan pitches.
• Site caravans according to industry standards, guaranteeing customers receive well-positioned holiday homes.
• Participate actively in daily operations with a focus on career progression opportunities.
• Work during occasional weekends and bank holidays, acknowledging the seasonal nature of holiday periods.

Skills and Qualifications

• Essential: Valid driving license, preferably inclusive of towing capabilities.
• Basic understanding of workplace Health & Safety requirements.
• We provide training; enthusiasm to learn is key.

Preferred but Not Required

• Prior experience in holiday or caravan park environments.
• Lantra towing certification.
• Basic plumbing skills.
