Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by managing tasks associated with receiving and moving merchandise efficiently from trailers to the sales floor within a secure and orderly environment. The Overnight Associate works collaboratively as part of a team to strategically execute workload and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing the sales floor ahead of store opening hours.
• Setting up merchandise displays, merchandising products, and signing featured items.
• Conducting live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Placing stronger emphasis on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas compared to other fulfillment shifts.
• Transporting pallets to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assisting with sales floor stocking as required and providing customer assistance when needed.
• Labeling sales floor items to ensure readiness for store opening.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company safety policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures properly.

Additional Information
