Overnight Associate (Full Time)

Position Overview

This role involves providing exceptional customer service through efficient management of merchandise flow from receiving to sales floor. The responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving pallets to the sales floor, assisting with merchandise processing in a secure and tidy environment, and collaborating within a team to coordinate tasks based on workload and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening hours.
• Set up, organize, and label merchandise displays and signage.
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Focus more on labeling and organizing merchandise within backroom bins and stocking areas compared to day/evening roles.
• Transport pallets between the sales floor and backroom for overnight processing.
• Support stocking activities and assist customers when required.
• Ensure appropriate labeling on the sales floor to facilitate store opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing fixtures and displays.

Compensation

The position has a minimum hourly pay rate starting at $18.00.

Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
