About the Role

The Outreach Executive at Bengal Institute of Business Studies (BIBS) plays a crucial role in developing and preserving robust connections with schools, colleges, and their principals to promote the institute's educational programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct outreach activities including career guidance sessions aimed at promoting the college's programs.
• Generate leads of prospective students to support the admissions goals.
• Plan and carry out frequent visits to schools and colleges for relationship building and program promotion.
• Host career guidance seminars, open houses, workshops, and presentations tailored for students.
• Create and sustain a database of potential students resulting from outreach initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in educational outreach, admissions, or business development.
• Existing connections with schools and colleges are considered advantageous.
• Prior experience in higher education marketing or admissions is preferred.
