Outbound Telecaller

Job Overview

We are looking for an outgoing and persuasive Outbound Telecaller to expand our customer base by making calls to prospects. You will follow a set script to ensure clear and impactful communication, generate leads, close sales over the phone, and maintain strong customer relationships that promote satisfaction and loyalty.

• Contact potential new customers through outbound calls.
• Deliver scripted sales pitches effectively to prospects.
• Generate business leads and finalize deals via telephone communication.
• Develop and uphold solid customer connections to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Additional Information

• Preferred language: Kannada.
• Working hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays.
