Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Organizational Development and Workforce Planning Manager to spearhead initiatives in organizational growth, workforce strategy, performance evaluation, career progression, and HR planning for the entire Group. This role involves crafting and refining organizational charts, job roles, career development pathways, HR policies, and performance management systems. The aim is to support data-driven decisions, enhance organizational effectiveness, and foster a sustainable high-performance culture.

Key Duties

  • Direct organizational development and workforce planning activities including updating organizational frameworks, reporting relationships, and functions.
  • Revise and improve job descriptions ensuring alignment with business objectives, structural design, and role expectations.
  • Facilitate the implementation and evolution of performance management systems to maintain alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with HR and business units to identify workforce training and development needs that promote skill enhancement and employee growth.
  • Design and refresh career paths considering role criteria, competency requirements, experience, and developmental necessities.
  • Carry out analytical studies on organizational and HR matters to inform decisions around structure, workforce, remuneration, promotions, and employee development.

  • 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in HR with a focus on organizational development, workforce planning, performance systems, and HR policies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of organizational design, job roles, career planning, performance management, and HR planning methodologies.
  • Experience in conducting compensation, benefits, incentives, and HR market research within the Saudi Arabian context.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to generate insightful reports and presentations for decision-making.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
