About the Role

The Operations Supervisor for South Georgia will help drive growth, strengthen the local team, and support community impact across the assigned market. The role combines recruiting support, market development, and day-to-day operational leadership to help ensure seniors receive meaningful in-home care.

This position includes technician development, field shadowing, performance conversations, and resolution of operational issues. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to make sure each appointment is delivered with consistency, professionalism, and warmth.

You will also act as the local representative of Belle, building trust with the team, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the company’s expansion. Although the role is mostly remote, you must be available within the service area to shadow field work and offer hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities

Team leadership and development

  • Partner with recruiting and training teams to support technician hiring and onboarding
  • Observe field work and provide coaching in real time
  • Run regular check-ins and performance reviews for technicians
  • Help technicians stay aligned with certification and compliance obligations
  • Build a connected, engaged team culture through ongoing engagement efforts
  • Coach on hospitality, documentation quality, punctuality, attendance, and professional conduct

Operational oversight

  • Track key performance measures such as attendance, appointment completion, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee proper delivery of Belle’s care model and scope of practice
  • Review documentation, audit quality, and close the loop on concerns
  • Monitor technician availability and help improve scheduling efficiency
  • Escalate safety issues, policy breaches, or compliance problems when needed
  • Work with HR, Compliance, and Member Experience teams to resolve escalations

Requirements

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a similar field is preferred
  • Experience leading a field-based or remote team; healthcare, retail, or service backgrounds are especially relevant
  • Strong ability to lead people and coach performance
  • Well organized, comfortable with technology, and quick to take action
  • Excellent communication skills with a tone that is direct, clear, and empathetic
  • Prior exposure to scheduling, attendance, or workforce systems is an advantage
  • Must live in South Georgia and be able to travel locally to support Community Health Workers in the field; travel is expected 15-25%
