Operations Manager

About the Role

Kansas is looking for a hands-on and goal-oriented Operations Manager to direct daily operational activities, enhance procedural workflows, and maintain smooth business functioning across our outlets.

Key Duties

• Manage operations at branches to guarantee uninterrupted business activities
• Supervise inventory, track stock movements, and handle stock replenishment
• Liaise effectively with vendors and suppliers
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency by establishing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct audits, ensure compliance, and prepare reports
• Facilitate inventory optimization including management of aging stock
• Recognize and handle slow-moving or obsolete inventory items

Candidate Profile

• At least five years of operational experience in the UAE, ideally in retail operations
• Proven expertise in managing inventory and vendor relationships
• Experience overseeing multiple outlet locations is preferred
• Background in electronics, telecommunications, CCTV, or technology sectors is an asset
• Strong analytical capabilities along with effective problem-solving skills
• Aptitude for identifying operational efficiencies and cost saving opportunities
• Ability to apply industry best practices to boost productivity
• Ensure adherence to company policies as well as local regulatory standards
