Role Overview
The company seeks a highly motivated and analytical Operations Lead to steer complete business operations across Retail Stores, Large Format Retail (LFR), and E-Commerce divisions. This role's primary mission is to boost operational effectiveness, optimize inventory, enhance sales outcomes, coordinate supply chain activities, enrich customer experience, and improve profitability across all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in Retail, LFR, and E-Commerce units, ensuring smooth execution of sales and processes.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for uniform operational standards.
- Track operational KPIs rigorously and deploy remedial measures to meet targets.
- Manage inventory planning, replenishment, and stock optimization in coordination with procurement, warehousing, logistics, and business teams to guarantee product availability.
- Minimize incidences of stock shortages, overstocking, and operational waste.
- Enhance inventory accuracy and visibility through robust controls.
- Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations including order processing, fulfillment, returns management, and customer service liaison.
- Ensure prompt order fulfillment and efficient delivery performance.
- Collaborate with marketplace partners, digital teams, and logistics entities to upgrade customer satisfaction.
- Support retail and LFR store operations to ensure strict compliance with merchandising, stock availability, and service standards.
- Resolve operational challenges by partnering closely with sales teams and retail associates.
- Initiate efforts to increase productivity and profitability at both store and partner levels.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including digital automation and cost-reduction projects.
- Create performance dashboards and reporting tools for ongoing operational visibility.
- Build and nurture effective relationships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, and IT, along with external vendors, logistics providers, and retail accounts.
- Lead and mentor the operations team fostering a culture of responsibility, teamwork, and continual progress.
- Set clear performance goals and facilitate employee growth initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- MBA degree preferred.
- Between 6 to 10 years’ professional experience in Retail Operations, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Operations.
- Exposure to premium apparel, accessories, lifestyle, or luxury brand sectors is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability managing Retail, Large Format Retail, and E-Commerce operations concurrently.
