Role overview

This position is for a precise and proactive Operations Assistant who will help run day-to-day warehouse activities for the company’s brands. The job centers on inventory control, preparing customer orders, carrying out quality checks, and keeping logistics workflows running smoothly so customer needs are met on time.

Key responsibilities

• Support everyday warehouse work, including receiving K-Beauty stock, opening packages, and arranging products neatly.
• Pick items, package them, and get orders ready for dispatch in line with company standards.
• Perform routine stock counts and keep inventory records accurate and up to date.
• Check products for quality, ensure correct labeling, and make sure goods are stored properly.
• Liaise with suppliers and delivery partners to help ensure shipments and deliveries happen on schedule.
• Help refill warehouse shelves and restock inventory when required.
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well organized.
• Provide support with administrative tasks connected to operations.

Requirements

• Prior exposure to warehouse, logistics, or operations work is preferred.
• Interest in, or familiarity with, beauty products will be an added advantage.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment and managing several tasks at once.
• Physically able to carry out warehouse duties, including lifting boxes.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking and order handling.
