Role Overview

We seek a dynamic and adaptable Operations and Growth Manager to collaborate closely with the founders in building the company from its inception. This multi-faceted role demands high ownership across recruitment, marketing, sales, business operations, and product support, ideal for those who thrive in a startup atmosphere with evolving priorities and direct impact on scaling the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and pipeline management.
• Create job descriptions, post openings on relevant boards, and contribute to enhancing the employer brand.
• Facilitate onboarding processes and nurture a strong early team culture.
• Support lead generation activities, outreach, client follow-ups, and partnership development.
• Develop marketing materials such as content, social media posts, pitch presentations, and sales collateral.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and suggest strategies for go-to-market execution.
• Maintain CRM systems and monitor the sales pipeline progress.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, documentation, and vendor/tool management.
• Establish and refine internal processes to accommodate growth.
• Assist with compliance duties, basic financial tasks like invoicing, and general administrative support.
• Gather and document product requirements; act as liaison between engineering, leadership, and clients.
• Track product roadmap, backlog, and timeline management.
• Collect user feedback, support testing phases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and product launch activities.
• Prepare leadership reports and operational dashboards.
• Undertake additional projects as required to advance company objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Proactive, highly organized, and energetic with strong ownership mentality.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Technical educational background preferred (Engineering, Computer Science) ideally paired with business education such as an MBA.
• 0–5 years of professional experience; highly motivated fresh graduates are welcome.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities and roles in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for healthcare, artificial intelligence, and startup innovation.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. healthcare systems, health technology, or SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing, or project management platforms like HubSpot, Notion, Jira, or Canva.
• Previous startup or founders’ office experience is a plus.
