About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Operations Analyst to enhance business operations through data-driven insights, process enhancements, and performance tracking. This full-time onsite position, ideal for entry to mid-level professionals, revolves around pinpointing inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and delivering actionable recommendations to boost operational efficiency and overall business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Examine operational data to uncover patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports and dashboards.
• Assess current business processes and propose optimization strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support automation of processes, workflow enhancements, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Perform root cause analyses on operational challenges and offer practical solutions.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams across operations, finance, logistics, human resources, and management.
• Assist with forecasting, capacity planning, and resource distribution.
• Maintain precise operational records and data reporting systems.
• Create presentations and detailed reports to facilitate informed management decisions.
• Contribute to the implementation of operational projects and initiatives aimed at performance improvements.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
• Carry out ad-hoc analyses to support both strategic and operational decision-making.

Qualifications

• Preferred background in operations, business analysis, data analysis, consulting, finance, logistics, or similar areas.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data manipulation, pivot tables, and reporting techniques.
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent platforms is advantageous.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly for presentations.
• Capable of identifying and implementing process improvements effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor's degree recommended in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
