We are looking for attentive and service-driven individuals to join our team as Online Cruise Booking Agents. This entry-level position involves helping customers explore cruise options, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless booking experience from inquiry to post-travel.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in researching various cruise itineraries, destinations, and cabin selections
Coordinate and confirm cruise bookings, including travel dates and passenger information
Address customer questions about cruise lines, onboard amenities, and travel requirements
Verify booking information for accuracy and completeness
Keep organized records of client interactions and reservations
