Role overview
This position is for a full-time Online Bidder focused on SEO projects in Chandigarh. The job centers on spotting suitable opportunities, assessing whether they fit the company’s strengths, and preparing winning bids for SEO-related work.
What the role involves
- Find and evaluate SEO project leads on online bidding platforms.
- Review client briefs, filter qualified opportunities, and bid only where there is a strong match.
- Draft sharp, persuasive proposals that reflect the client’s needs and the company’s service capabilities.
- Coordinate with SEO and digital marketing teams to define scope, approach, and deliverables.
- Monitor bid progress and follow up to improve conversion outcomes.
- Communicate with potential clients, answer questions, and arrange further discussions when needed.
- Keep accurate records of opportunities, submissions, and results in CRM or similar tracking tools.
- Study win/loss patterns and use the findings to refine future bidding methods.
- Share useful observations and bid-related learnings with the wider team.
Important note
This role is not suitable for remote working; applicants should apply only if they are open to working on site in Chandigarh.
Qualifications and core abilities
- Strong communication ability for client interaction, proposal delivery, and teamwork.
- Good analytical thinking to judge project requirements, compare competition, and improve bid performance.
- Research skills to identify relevant platforms, understand client expectations, and stay current with SEO and digital marketing trends.
- Clear, professional writing skills for concise proposals and client messages.
- Capability to train or guide others on bidding practices when required.
- Working knowledge of SEO, digital marketing services, and common bid platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer is an advantage.
- Comfort with targets, multiple simultaneous opportunities, and detailed documentation.
