Job Overview

This role focuses on securing projects through various online platforms like Upwork, direct links, or similar channels. Prior experience with online bidding portals such as Upwork is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience engaging in bidding activities on platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Freelancer, and Guru.
• Communicate effectively with international clients to understand and fulfill their project requirements.
• Create and manage professional portfolios on freelancing websites to attract and acquire projects.
• Compose compelling proposals tailored to project specifications and client expectations.
• Drive business development through consistent online bidding and lead follow-ups via written and verbal communication.
• Possess fundamental technical knowledge to better understand project scopes and client needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
• A technical background is preferred to support interaction with tech-oriented projects.
• Between zero to one year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with excellent communication are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and effective communication skills, including proposal writing.
