Role Overview

Join Walmart Canada as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate and gain valuable retail experience. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing online orders, maintaining strict quality, safety, and food hygiene standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently select and assemble orders from different temperature zones, prioritizing quality and timely delivery.
• Carefully pack orders, distinguishing between similar items, confirming correct quantities and product codes.
• Ensure that all selected items meet the highest quality standards by avoiding damaged goods and choosing the freshest products.
• Properly document and label orders by correctly interpreting pick slips, packaging instructions, and shipping labels.
• Optimize packing space within totes to maximize efficiency without compromising product quality.
• Balance order fulfillment duties with customer service interactions, helping resolve any issues that arise.
• Adhere to rigorous safety and food hygiene practices, including keeping the workspace clean, promptly cleaning spills, and ensuring totes are free from debris before packing.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, performing mandatory safety checks before use.
• Embody and promote the company’s mission and core values in daily activities.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements by suggesting enhancements in procedures, productivity, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility by adjusting work assignments based on daily delivery schedules and customer requirements.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position starts at 18.00 CAD.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
