About the Role

Mad Hat Asia, a dynamic regional boutique PR agency based in Singapore, is on the lookout for a passionate and quirky individual—referred to as a "Nutter Executive"—to join our communications team. This role, equivalent to an Account Executive in PR, demands enthusiasm for communication, proactive initiative, and excellent time management skills to manage client communications and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in crafting communication strategies and preparing client presentations.
• Handle various duties such as writing media materials, coordinating interviews, establishing relationships with media professionals, and pitching compelling story angles.
• Track media coverage across platforms and compile insightful reports.
• Engage actively in brainstorming sessions to foster creative ideas.
• Conduct market research targeting the clients' respective audiences.
• Deliver proposals and regular updates to clients regarding project progress.
• Coordinate and maintain communication with clients, vendors, partners, and other agencies.
