Role overview

Applegreen is hiring a Night Shift Operator for its Clonmel, Moangariff site in County Tipperary, Ireland. This is a frontline position where you will help keep the store running safely and smoothly overnight while delivering a high standard of service to customers.

Key duties

• Run the shop during overnight hours in accordance with the company’s procedures and nightly checklist.
• Make sure all perimeter security alarms are set.
• Keep the premises secure throughout the night.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe shop environment.
• Deliver friendly and effective customer service.
• Check that product pricing is displayed accurately.
• Carry out stock rotation and replenish shelves as needed.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant will have prior retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive, practical approach to work. You should be comfortable in a busy setting, enjoy dealing with customers, work well with others, and be open to learning new tasks.
