Job details

Responsibilities

• Advise guests on food and beverage choices and deliver friendly, professional table service.
• Help ensure smooth operations during events, meetings, and à la carte service.
• Prepare and reset event and meeting rooms so they create a strong first impression.
• Work closely with the kitchen and technical teams to keep service running smoothly and guests satisfied.
• Create guest invoices and complete end-of-shift cash closing tasks.

Profile

• Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy, or relevant hands-on experience as a career changer.
• Strong enthusiasm for guest interaction and a natural ability to provide warm service.
• Flexible working style and genuine enjoyment of teamwork.
