Role Overview

Join our Shoal Bay team as a Night All Rounder, delivering exceptional customer service with enthusiasm while overseeing all after-hours operations at the resort and reception. Your responsibilities will include security patrols, cleaning public areas, handling after-hours owner requests, greeting guests, providing information on hotel facilities and local attractions, and ensuring guests exceed their holiday expectations.

Working Hours

This is a part-time, onsite role with shift timings from 11pm to 7am.

Candidate Profile

• Capable of working independently without supervision
• Composed and effective response to emergency situations
• Previous security experience is advantageous
• High attention to detail
• Maintenance experience is a plus
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
