Our Heidelberg location specializes in avionics systems, onboard electronics for land vehicles, and space products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the transition of products from engineering into manufacturing.
Evaluate the feasibility of customer requirements.
Prepare documentation for bid submissions and develop proposals.
Develop and coordinate schedules and timelines.
Track project status relating to deliverables and deadlines, monitor project progress, and maintain documentation.
Create lean charts and plan, conduct, and lead lean events aimed at process optimization.
Coordinate product and process improvements responsibly.
Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Qualifications

Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification.
3 to 5 years of experience managing and supporting projects.
Preferably knowledgeable in electronic test systems.
Experience leading teams is desirable.
Must hold EU citizenship.
Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, solution-focused, and adaptable work style.
Fluent in both German and English.
