Our Heidelberg location specializes in avionics systems, onboard electronics for land vehicles, and space products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the transition of products from engineering into manufacturing.
- Evaluate the feasibility of customer requirements.
- Prepare documentation for bid submissions and develop proposals.
- Develop and coordinate schedules and timelines.
- Track project status relating to deliverables and deadlines, monitor project progress, and maintain documentation.
- Create lean charts and plan, conduct, and lead lean events aimed at process optimization.
- Coordinate product and process improvements responsibly.
- Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets.
Qualifications
- Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing and supporting projects.
- Preferably knowledgeable in electronic test systems.
- Experience leading teams is desirable.
- Must hold EU citizenship.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, solution-focused, and adaptable work style.
- Fluent in both German and English.
