Role Overview

Quess Corp Limited is looking for a .NET Software Developer in Pune to work on application development, automation, testing, and client support tasks. The role involves hands-on coding, database work, infrastructure automation, documentation, and collaboration within a deadline-driven team environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with C# and understand code involving Web API, collections, generics, and messaging queues.
• Design and develop database structures in MS-SQL, including schemas, queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Create, maintain, and improve Ansible playbooks and roles to support infrastructure automation.
• Carry out unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Automate routine operational tasks to increase efficiency.
• Assist clients with product or application configuration and setup.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug problems, and help improve application performance.
• Prepare project documentation such as architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and deployment instructions.
• Work effectively with the team, meet deadlines, and be available beyond normal office hours when required.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Join scheduled discussions with the manager and share progress updates and status reports.
• Communicate effectively across cultures and be ready for passport-based travel if needed.
• Learn and use tools such as Confluence, JIRA, BigBucket, Nexus, and Copilot.
• Adopt Agile practices and the DevOps toolchain.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
