Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Biologist specialized in molecular and cellular biology to contribute to the advancement of AI model development by producing and validating precise scientific content. This remote contract position is ideal for individuals with extensive laboratory experience, particularly in CRISPR and molecular biology techniques. Prior experience in AI is not a necessity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out gene editing experiments using CRISPR technology.
• Conduct cloning procedures, polymerase chain reactions (PCR), genotyping, and DNA sequencing.
• Create DNA and RNA molecular constructs and assist in molecular screening processes.
• Interpret and analyze concepts related to molecular and cellular biology.
• Accurately record experimental methods and results to uphold scientific integrity.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams focusing on biology-oriented projects.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or an allied discipline.
• Practical experience with CRISPR gene editing, cloning, PCR, and genotyping techniques.
• Comprehensive understanding of molecular biology and genetics principles.
• Strong analytical abilities along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and capacity for autonomous work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees such as a master's or Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field.
• Experience in scientific content evaluation, data annotation, or involvement in AI-related initiatives.
• Proven ability to work effectively with remote or interdisciplinary teams.
