About the Role
A well-established heavy plant industry company is seeking a Mobile Plant Inspector to join their expanding team in Colchester. This position offers a comprehensive training program including LOLER, LEEA, and other recognized inspection certifications, enabling the successful candidate to become a highly proficient specialist in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of a variety of heavy plant and lifting machinery.
- Ensure all equipment adheres to stringent safety and compliance requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining inspection findings and identify any defects.
- Collaborate with clients to maintain equipment safety, compliance, and operational readiness.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience working with heavy plant, construction machinery, or related equipment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Possession of a valid UK driving licence.
- Inspection experience is desirable but not mandatory; full training will be provided.
