MIS Specialist

Job Overview

The MIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory control and reporting processes at Powersports International in Chennai. This role requires coordination with Zoho for system enhancements and new feature implementations, as well as maintaining accurate inventory data within the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Zoho teams to facilitate further development and implement new features.
• Maintain precise inventory records within the ERP system.
• Track and monitor stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments diligently.
• Conduct regular inventory reconciliation on daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
• Prepare and generate comprehensive MIS reports covering inventory, sales, purchases, and stock aging data.
• Analyze stock movements to pinpoint slow-moving, non-moving, or obsolete items.
• Create and maintain MIS dashboards and reports leveraging Excel expertise.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are documented thoroughly and accurately.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to strengthen inventory control and reporting efficiency.

Additional Information

• Monthly salary ranges between 30000 and 35000 INR.
