Key Responsibilities

• Design and curate a unique minibar concept that reflects an authentic Marina Bay Sands experience.
• Manage inventory requisitions with Minibar Assistant Manager approval and maintain par stock levels consistently.
• Ensure precise recording of stock usage and replenishment in the Opera system based on actual consumption data.
• Investigate and resolve any billing or operational discrepancies raised by guests or internal departments.
• Review daily expiry tracking reports, communicate upcoming expirations, and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate daily stock count records for opening and closing inventories.
• Organize scheduled equipment upkeep and coordinate routine cleaning for minibars and office spaces.
• Supervise Minibar Guest Service Associates (GSAs) to ensure proper storage and tracking of delivered items.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in any discipline preferred.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided. Background in warehouse, logistics, or hospitality is advantageous.
• Proficient reading and writing skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Comfort with technology and computer literacy is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, overnight, and public holidays.
• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Available for an alternate 5- to 6-day workweek schedule.
