Role Overview

We are seeking a Merchandiser & Production Management Executive to ensure smooth and efficient handling of our production workflow, from receiving orders to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage order processing on platforms including Shopify, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to coordinate made-to-order and custom product requests.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to maintain on-time delivery.
• Verify that all orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped within expected timeframes.
• Maintain thorough records of orders and update production statuses regularly.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to facilitate streamlined order fulfillment.
