Membership Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Membership Consultant to expand our client base, foster strong connections with both prospective and current members, and support the ongoing growth of our fitness club.

Key Duties

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through lead generation and follow-up.
• Engage clients via telephone and in-person consultations.
• Promote membership plans, products, and additional services.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed memberships effectively.
• Maintain positive and lasting relationships with club members.
• Consistently meet and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Support and enhance a collaborative and positive team environment.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in sales, ideally within a telephone sales setting.
• Confident in conducting both phone and face-to-face sales engagements.
• Possesses a positive, professional demeanor.
• Strong ambition to hit sales targets and earn commissions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a small, agile team.
• Openness to learning and receiving coaching.
• Experienced in working towards KPIs and performance objectives.
