Job Overview

Rekha Interiors is looking to hire a meticulous and organized Material Coordinator who will oversee the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials at various project locations. This position entails maintaining precise inventory records, monitoring how materials are consumed, liaising with vendors and site teams, and guaranteeing the availability of resources to facilitate project progress.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure materials received on site meet quantity and quality specifications.
Keep comprehensive records of material receipts, deliveries, challans, and invoices.
Monitor and update logs for inbound and outbound material movements.
Supervise inventory levels and facilitate timely material restocking.
Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory status and material consumption.
Perform physical inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, procurement teams, and vendors efficiently.
Track material utilization, highlighting shortages, surplus stocks, or wastage.
Ensure appropriate material storage and handling on-site to prevent damage or loss.
Maintain accurate paperwork to comply with audit requirements.

Eligibility

Candidates holding a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) in Interior & Spatial Design are eligible to apply.
