Our headquarters in Heinsberg houses administration, research, and production.

- Organize master data and prepare listing data for our customers.
- Collaborate closely with purchasing, sales, graphics, customer care, production, and other specialist departments.
- Contribute to documenting and continuously improving processes within the SAP environment.
- Help to maintain error-free data foundations for material management, production, sales, and customer service.
- Actively participate in projects aimed at optimizing master data processes.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, office management clerk) or an equivalent qualification.
- Preferably some professional experience in master data maintenance, clerical work, data entry, or back office.
- Practical experience with SAP R/3, ideally the MM module.
- Excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ideally experienced with product information management systems or merchandise management systems.
- Structured, careful, and dependable work style with a strong affinity for data.
- Team-oriented, communicative, and service- and solution-focused working approach.
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and responsible.
Benefits
- Varied responsibilities with significant accountability for the quality of product and material master data.
- Thorough induction into our systems and procedures.
- Flexible working hours through our flextime policy.
- Short decision-making channels and an open corporate culture.
- Personalized professional development and training opportunities.
