Marketplace Commerce Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a diligent Marketplace Commerce Executive to oversee and optimize operations on Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts. This role involves managing product listings, inventory controls, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and maintaining overall account health to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts, including catalog creation and listing optimization.
• Manage inventory, pricing updates, promotions, and ensure compliance with marketplace standards.
• Handle order processing, returns, reimbursements, claims, and resolve marketplace escalations efficiently.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams, marketing agencies, and internal departments to streamline operations.
• Maintain and improve account health by addressing issues promptly.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
• Proficiency in Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, FBA, and Seller Flex operational processes.
• Skilled in product listing creation, catalog management, and troubleshooting account-related issues.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to analyze performance data.
• Demonstrated strong ownership, excellent communication skills, and effective problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary in the range of 15000 to 16000 INR.
