Marketing Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Supervisor to lead impactful marketing campaigns in a fast-paced growing environment. The ideal candidate is creative, trend-conscious, and experienced in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute annual and seasonal marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns, monitor performance, analyze outcomes, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Lead and guide the content and design teams to deliver visual identity and marketing messages that reflect a strong brand presence.
• Continuously study market trends and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media trends, implementing innovative ideas.
• Prepare periodic reports, track performance indicators, and continually enhance results.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of marketing experience with hands-on expertise in the Saudi market.
• Proven track record in managing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Meta (Facebook) and Google ads, data analysis, and performance measurement.
• Leadership and organizational skills with the capability to manage and motivate a team.
• Creative, proactive personality with strong marketing intuition.
