Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role centers on designing and delivering marketing initiatives that build brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and increase customer engagement within the real estate sector.
What you’ll do
- Research the market, customers, and competitors to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop marketing plans and carry out campaigns that support brand and growth goals.
- Create and manage marketing materials across both digital and offline channels.
- Monitor campaign results and use performance insights to improve future activity.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams so messaging stays aligned across functions.
- Support events and promotional activations that help strengthen the brand.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistent communication and a strong client experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, speak confidently, and present ideas to varied audiences.
- Capability in market research and marketing strategy, including audience segmentation and trend analysis.
- Background in sales and customer service to help with lead nurturing and relationship building.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels such as social media, email campaigns, and basic analytics.
- Familiarity with brand development, ideally within real estate or a closely related industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Ability to work from the Riyadh office, handle several priorities at once, and adapt in a fast-moving, purpose-driven setting.
- Strong English fluency; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
