Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled designer to join our Brand & Marketing Design team during an exciting growth phase. Reporting to the Design Director of Brand and Marketing, you will work closely with the marketing team to design and create diverse assets supporting Karbon's marketing initiatives. Responsibilities span web and mobile marketing experiences, event design, advertising, social media content, editorial materials, and sales support resources. This role offers ample opportunity for growth aligned with our fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create complex web and mobile marketing designs.
Collaborate on long-form content designs like ebooks and research reports.
Produce social media images and advertising creatives, integrating AI-generated variations and concept testing.
Design presentations, sales collateral, and materials for events.
Assist with branded merchandise design and execution.
Participate in optimization and testing of conversion points.
Support internal company initiatives with design assistance as needed.
Maintain consistency of Karbon's brand identity across various touchpoints.
Keep abreast of design trends and emerging AI technologies, contributing innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
Collaborate on evolving brand expression.
Work closely within the marketing team on ideation and project execution.

Candidate Profile

Proficient in Figma, including the ability to manage AI-assisted design workflows.
Strong skills in layout and visual design.
Highly organized with excellent communication and writing capabilities.
Good understanding of web and digital media.
Self-motivated to take ownership of projects from initiation to completion.
Ability to critically evaluate work and provide mature feedback.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control aligned with brand standards.
Eagerness for continuous learning and skill advancement.
Confident in writing concise content reflecting that words are an intrinsic part of design.
Sound judgment in choosing when to apply AI tools or manual creation.
Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Has at least three years of professional experience in marketing-related design.
Basic video editing skills are a bonus.
Experience working with B2B software brands is advantageous.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design or content tools is required.
