Position Overview

CT&I is seeking a proactive Market Research Analyst to join the Manhattan team. The ideal candidate will support client companies by providing insights into the US market, shaping market entry strategies, and aiding in their implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Catalonia as a prime destination for North American investors and tech enterprises.
  • Manage and grow a network of contacts, including investors, institutional stakeholders, companies, accelerators, innovation hubs, and universities to encourage foreign direct investment into Catalonia.
  • Collaborate with other ACCIÓ offices across the US and the main office in Barcelona to execute aligned strategic initiatives.
  • Assemble and maintain databases of US distributors and potential partners to facilitate successful business alliances for clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to assist clients in devising optimal US market entry strategies.
  • Compile industry-related data and develop databases tailored to clients' objectives.
  • Organize logistics and meetings for trade missions and client visits within the US.
  • Support start-up clients in connecting with US-based partners, contacts, and investors.

Candidate Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a business-related discipline.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in comparable roles.
  • Strong customer orientation, organizational capability, and analytical aptitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate productive relationships.
  • Effective team collaborator with a good understanding of technology trends.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in Spanish.
  • International experience is considered advantageous.
  • Willingness and availability for occasional travel.
