Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Nail Technician to become a vital member of our expanding beauty team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will specialize in advanced nail enhancement techniques, skillfully craft elegant and innovative nail designs, and prioritize exceptional client service.

Key Duties

• Execute professional nail extensions using Acrylic Powder, Poly Gel, Soft Gel, and Hard Gel methods.
• Apply gel polish accurately to achieve a flawless finish.
• Create artistic nail designs including ombré effects, French manicures, and contemporary styles tailored to client preferences.
• Provide comprehensive manicure and pedicure treatments.
• Adhere strictly to sanitation, hygiene, and sterilization protocols for all implements and equipment.
• Stay informed about current nail products, techniques, and trends in the beauty industry.
• Offer an excellent customer experience through a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Advise clients on appropriate nail care treatments and product recommendations as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Preferred experience working in upscale beauty salons, lounges, spas, or premium clinics.
• Proficiency in Acrylic, Poly Gel, Soft Gel, Hard Gel nail extension methodologies.
• Strong competency in gel polish application, nail art creation, and advanced designs such as ombré and French nails.
• Experienced in providing professional manicure and pedicure services.
• Commitment to maintaining excellent hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to foster positive client relationships with outstanding customer service skills.
• Capability to efficiently manage responsibilities both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic salon environment.

Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience as a Nail Technician in salons, spas, beauty lounges, or clinics.
• Thorough understanding of Acrylic, Gel, Poly Gel, Soft Gel, and Hard Gel nail systems.
• High attention to detail ensuring quality in all services provided.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a professional and approachable attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to Qatar if applying from abroad.
