Overview
The Human Resource & Organisation Development (HROD) team at National Youth Council (NYC) serves as a strategic partner to divisions, pioneering a modernized approach to HR. This involves leveraging AI-enhanced workflows, transforming HR data into actionable workforce insights, and innovating talent attraction and support methods.
Role Scope
We invite dynamic individuals to join as Manager or Assistant Manager on a one-year contractual basis. This position offers practical experience within a government agency, the chance to contribute meaningfully, and opportunities to engage directly with youth demographics.
Key Responsibilities and Contributions
The successful candidate will partake actively in supporting NYC's objectives through AI and data analytics applications aimed at optimizing recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce understanding. The role includes participating in strategy and operational efforts utilizing AI and analytical tools.
Candidate Profile
- Educational or professional background in Human Resources, Artificial Intelligence, Business, Analytics, Social Sciences, Communications, or related disciplines; fresh graduates with pertinent internships or skills are welcomed.
- Competency with AI technologies and digital workflow platforms paired with solid data literacy encompassing data wrangling, cleaning, visualization, and analytical assessment.
- Strong analytical acumen, precise attention to detail, and adept problem-solving capabilities complemented by proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- A progressive outlook on interacting with younger workforce cohorts.
- Prior experience with event coordination or campus recruitment processes is advantageous.
