Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Manager, Marketing Digital Operations to lead and scale our global digital presence. This pivotal role navigates the convergence of Marketing, Technology, Content, and Digital Production, ensuring flawless website and campaign execution that reflects our premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of content publishing and digital production for kensingtontours.com.
- Maintain and enhance scalable CMS templates, reusable page layouts, and associated publishing workflows.
- Develop and update Figma wireframes and design files to visualize digital templates, modules, and user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to advise on and develop new website features, components, and UX enhancements.
- Lead quality assurance and coordinate release processes, ensuring all launches meet standards of accuracy, functionality, responsiveness, and brand consistency.
- Supervise CMS governance, encompassing taxonomy, templates, workflows, page structures, and publishing policies.
- Act as the central liaison among Marketing, Technology, Product teams, and external agencies.
- Conduct ongoing website governance with audits, link management, redirects, compliance assessments, and content health monitoring.
- Establish and refine operational workflows to minimize friction, resolve bottlenecks, and expedite time-to-market.
- Oversee coordination of stakeholders, timelines, approvals, and release readiness to maintain effective digital project momentum.
- Foster a culture focused on operational excellence, accountability, and continual improvement in digital experiences.
Candidate Profile
- Five to eight years of professional experience in digital operations, web/content production, UX production, or digital project management within multifaceted digital environments.
- Practical experience with CMS platforms; familiarity with enterprise or headless CMS is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable collaborating across Marketing, Technology, Product, and external groups.
- Proficiency in Figma for creating and maintaining digital templates, wireframes, layouts, or UX designs.
- Strong process-oriented mindset to handle repetitive operational tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Robust project management and organizational competencies capable of juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders efficiently.
- Experience managing user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, securing IT approvals, and facilitating successful go-live events.
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures, website governance, accessibility standards, and brand compliance.
- Proactive approach to identifying operational enhancements and proposing effective solutions.
- Experience in travel, luxury markets, e-commerce, or sectors involving considered high-value purchases is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
The role offers a competitive salary ranging from 95000 to 105000 USD annually, complemented by performance-based incentives and an inclusive benefits package. Compensation varies based on market conditions, location, and individual qualifications and experience.
