About the Role
The Manager position is part of Deloitte's Strategy, Risk & Transaction team based in Mumbai, focusing on Credit Risk IRB. This team supports organizations in managing and mitigating risks while identifying opportunities to add value. Their services cover strategic risk management, enhancing board oversight, balancing financial and environmental controls, and cyber threat mitigation.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise
The ideal candidate will possess substantial expertise in Credit Risk IRB / Advanced IRB (A-IRB), audit and assurance functions, governance frameworks, documentation excellence, and conducting S166 compliance reviews. Effective engagement with senior stakeholders is also essential.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience ranging from 5 to 11 years in relevant domains.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Regulatory Reporting & Compliance specifically in Credit Risk IRB and A-IRB models.
- Proven skills in audit/assurance, comprehensive documentation, governance structures, and S166 review processes.
- Capability to manage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Availability to join immediately up to a maximum notice period of 45 days.
- Preferred work locations are Bangalore or Hyderabad.
