Role Objective
This position serves as the main point of contact for clients enrolled on the Godrej Managed Office platform in the Pune region. The role covers the full journey from post-deal closure through delivery and stabilization.
The person in this role will lead execution across onboarding, design coordination, project delivery, and ongoing client management, working closely with teams across Design, Construction, Finance, Project Management, and Leasing.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership, requiring strong stakeholder management to deliver outcomes that match client expectations, schedules, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Project execution and delivery are central to this role. You will manage managed office projects from the post-LOI or closure stage through final handover, ensuring the design intent, timelines, budget, and client requirements are all met.
You will coordinate closely with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to keep execution on track, while also maintaining quality standards, compliance, and complete documentation across all projects.
On the process side, you will monitor project economics such as billing, collections, and revenue realisation, and support the completion and observance of LOIs, lease agreements, and client commitments.
For client relationship management, you will act as the primary contact after onboarding, ensure clear communication, resolve issues promptly, and work to strengthen client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and reliable delivery.
Education and Experience
An MBA or an equivalent qualification is required, along with relevant professional experience.
The role calls for experience in managed offices or co-working spaces, and prior exposure to Grade A commercial real estate, office fit-outs, or managed office delivery.
A strong project management or PMC background with execution ownership is important, along with proven ability in client relationship management and stakeholder coordination.
Working knowledge of LOIs, lease negotiations, and commercial structures is expected. Experience in managed offices, flex spaces, or co-working environments is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable operating in a cross-functional, fast-moving setting with a high level of accountability.
