Role Overview

NetEdge Computing Solutions is hiring a Management Trainee for recruitment and HR operations work at its Noida office. The role focuses on hiring support for both IT and non-IT internal positions, along with coordination across onboarding and day-to-day HR tasks. The company works across the Real Estate, Retail, and HR domains and has operations in India, the UK, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable candidates for IT and non-IT internal openings.
• Use recruiting platforms and channels to build a relevant candidate pipeline.
• Conduct candidate interviews and support salary discussions.
• Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Handle HR operations-related activities as part of the role.

Candidate Profile

The employer is looking for a smart, eager-to-learn professional with strong communication skills and a pleasant personality. Prior exposure to IT or non-IT recruitment is preferred, and training will be provided for the right candidate. The ideal applicant should be comfortable learning new processes and working in a recruitment and HR support environment.

Eligibility

• MBA qualification with at least 70% marks.
• Experience in IT and/or non-IT recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, pleasing demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Ability to think and work proactively.
• Female candidates only.
