Job description
Position Overview
We are hiring a Maintenance Tech Coordinator to become part of a fast-growing and energetic team located in Mobile, AL. This full-time contract role offers $16 per hour with a Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess strong knowledge of general facilities maintenance tasks.
- Perform minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work.
- Accurately complete work orders and maintain documentation for all repairs.
- Handle moving of furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Maintain proper upkeep of tools and manage inventory levels.
- Notify the Facilities Project Manager about significant repair requirements.
- Engage in facility inspections and contribute to safety initiative efforts.
