FL Technics LLC, a member of Avia Solutions Group, is a GCAA-approved Part-145 Maintenance Organisation that delivers aircraft line maintenance services to a wide range of international airline clients. We seek a skilled and driven Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance operations in the UAE.

Job Overview

This senior leadership role entails ensuring maintenance operations adhere to safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance standards, while guiding a proficient technical team. The role also includes serving as the Post Holder – Maintenance as per GCAA regulations.

Core Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance operations ensuring safe, efficient, and regulatory-compliant activities.
Lead and mentor a diverse team including Maintenance Supervisors, Licensed Aircraft Engineers, Engineers, Technicians, and support personnel.
Track operational performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Foster strong partnerships with airline customers to support service excellence.
Collaborate closely with departments such as Planning, Quality, Safety, Logistics, and Commercial.
Facilitate regulatory and customer audits, along with authority inspections.
Monitor key performance indicators and operational outcomes.
Support organizational growth initiatives and integration of new maintenance capabilities.
Contribute to strategic planning as part of the company's leadership team.

Qualifications and Experience

At least 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a Part-145 Maintenance Organisation.
Comprehensive knowledge of GCAA CAR 145 and/or EASA Part-145 regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary maintenance teams effectively.
Strong skills in customer and stakeholder relationship management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in English language.

Preferred Credentials

Prior service as a nominated Post Holder – Maintenance.
Holding an EASA and/or GCAA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance License.
Experience working with Boeing 737 NG/MAX and/or Airbus A320 Family models.
Background in multi-customer line maintenance settings.
Familiarity with aviation operations in the GCC/Middle East region.
