Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer specializing in Electrical or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering to join our leading Electronics Manufacturing Company based in Ahmednagar (Supa). This role is intended for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience and relevant qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to electrical systems, PLCs, sensors, and control panels.
- Work to minimize production downtime by maintaining smooth machine operations.
- Perform scheduled routine inspections and maintenance activities.
- Document maintenance activities thoroughly, including maintaining records, checklists, and equipment history.
- Collaborate effectively with production staff to expedite issue resolution processes.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and standards throughout all maintenance procedures.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and fault-finding techniques.
- Practical experience handling motors, drives, control panels, sensors, relays, and PLC units.
- Competence in interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities paired with solid communication skills.
Educational Eligibility
Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, or related disciplines.
