About the Role

We are offering an exciting position for a Mac Operator who thrives on supporting creative workflows and ensuring precise, timely delivery of projects. This role involves providing daily Mac operation support in a dynamic creative agency environment based in Auckland.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent Mac Operator assistance to a busy creative team.
• Prepare production files meticulously and manage artwork amendments.
• Ensure all creative outputs leaving the studio meet high-quality standards.
• Coordinate workflow among Designers and Creatives, assisting with scheduling and prioritizing tasks.
• Maintain smooth project progression by managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Mac Operator, preferably within an advertising, design, or creative agency environment. Strong attention to detail, ability to perform under pressure, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital design are essential. The candidate should be highly organised, proactive, and able to handle a diverse and demanding workload effectively.
