Key Responsibilities

• Examine and assess logistics documentation such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for accuracy, authenticity, and alignment with industry standards.
• Create and annotate examples of logistics documents to illustrate best practices in the sector.
• Analyze existing supply chain workflows and recommend improvements based on real-world insights.
• Provide comprehensive feedback on logistics scenarios, concentrating on documentation structure and workflow optimizations.
• Engage collaboratively with project teams to clarify requirements and clearly articulate complex logistics concepts.
• Take part in quality control activities by verifying the relevancy and correctness of supply chain data used in the project.
• Assist in generating industry-standard training content reflecting the challenges and nuances of supply chain management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience managing logistics and supply chain operations, particularly involving documentation like packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Strong understanding of global logistics processes and documentation standards.
• Ability to communicate complex technical logistics information effectively in English.
• Exceptional eye for detail when conducting document reviews and generating supply chain materials.
• Proven analytical mindset with demonstrated experience identifying logistics process improvements.
• Advanced degree (Master’s) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related disciplines is advantageous.
