Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Logistics Supervisor based in Doha, Qatar. This role requires on-site presence to manage daily logistics operations, supervise fleet activities, allocate drivers efficiently, plan delivery routes, and guarantee smooth operational flows. The supervisor will also maintain excellent communication and customer service standards within the logistics team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics functions and fleet management.
• Allocate drivers effectively to meet delivery demands.
• Plan and schedule routes and deliveries to maximize efficiency.
• Provide leadership and direction to the logistics team.
• Maintain communication within the team and ensure high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven capabilities in supervisory roles and operations management.
• Experience in fleet management and route planning.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in logistics fleet or supply chain management.
• Ability to lead and manage teams efficiently.
• Diploma in computer applications with advanced skills in MS Excel functions and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Educational background including a diploma in supply chain management or a bachelor's degree in business administration or related disciplines.
