Logistics and Purchase Executive

Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Executive to oversee import operations and collaborate with both domestic and international vendors to ensure efficient transportation of goods from suppliers to our warehouse and end customers.

Key Duties

• Manage import shipments by coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agencies, and transportation partners.
• Collaborate with domestic and international suppliers regarding dispatch, required documentation, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor shipment progress and guarantee punctual delivery.
• Maintain and handle all import/export documentation along with logistics records.
• Work closely with internal departments on inventory preparation and order completion.
• Proactively address and resolve any logistics or supply chain challenges.

Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
• Strong abilities in communication and coordination.
• Prior experience in imports, logistics, or supply chain management is advantageous.
• Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and adhere to deadlines.
• Highly organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable liaising with international suppliers and logistics partners.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this role ranges from INR 21,000 to INR 25,000.
